In 2004 the Supreme Court of Queeensland Library published the papers delivered at the Annual General Meetings of the Queensland chapter of the Selden Society, held in Brisbane from 1989 to 2004. This book, containing a unique juxtaposition of historical and legal thinking, includes papers presented by 15 prominent Queensland members of the Society, and offers a lasting insight into the history of the common law in Australia and abroad.

The Selden Society has consistently published a wide range of materials for members, including annual volumes, supplementary materials, lectures and pamphlets.
Most of the annual volumes consist of original source materials, never before seen in print: early law reports, court records, judges' notebooks, legal treatises, precedent and practice books, and compilations of documents brought together by the Society's editors for the first time.
