Changes to Request Procedures
Following a review of SCQL document delivery and research procedures, some changes have been made to the way requests are submitted to ensure continued compliance with Copyright regulations.
There are now two forms provided for submitting requests:
- Document Delivery form for requests where specific citation information is provided.
- Research request form for requests requiring more general searches.
The different forms can be accessed by choosing either Document Delivery or Research from the dropdown box provided.
The process for submitting a Research request will now be completed in two stages:
- Submit your request outlining the required information. SCQL will perform the searches and will provide you via email with a list of documents found meeting your specifications.
- Request copies of the documents you require by clicking on the link provided in the email. The link will take you to a pre-populated document delivery form. To request the documents simply check the boxes of the required items, acknowledge the copyright declarations and click “I Agree”. The documents will be forwarded to you once your request has been received.
