The Library is located on level 12 of the Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law in Brisbane. Subsidiary collections are maintained for the judges and magistrates in Brisbane. Print collections are also housed at regional courthouses in Cairns, Ipswich, Mackay, Maroochydore, Mount Isa, Rockhampton, Toowoomba and Townsville.
